1. PRICE
Prices quoted in price lists are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be that ruling on the day of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. NOTIFICATION OF LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, OR NONDELIVERY OF, GOODS OR PACKAGES
Claims for goods lost or damaged in transit will be entertained as all product is emails us with in 2 days of receiving the product.
4. RETURNS POLICY
Under no circumstances will goods be accepted for return/credit where any of the following applies:
a) Where the goods are returned without prior authorisation in writing from the company
b) Goods which are deemed to be in an unsaleable condition
c) Goods which are not in original sales units or have broken seals.
d) Goods which have not been stored in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
e) Goods which have passed their sell by date.
Goods may be returned following prior written notification by Avondale Veterinary in the following circumstances
a) Where the product has been deemed faulty or damaged.
b) Where the wrong product has been dispatched in error.
5. ASSIGNABILITY
This contract is personal to the parties hereto and shall not be assigned to any replica watches third party of either the buyer or the seller without the other party’s written consent.
6. LAW
This contract is deemed to be made in Republic of Ireland under the regulations governing and is governed in all respects by the authorities.
